Lara is off adventuring solo, looking for King Arthur's Crown, and she takes the time to reminisce on the lessons she has learnt to get her where she is in life now.

Artefacts:

King Arthur’s Crown
It is a golden crown, discovered by Lara. She sent it to her old history teacher Mr Bohannon of Chesterfield Private Academy, as she once wrote a paper about the King Arthur legend. Whilst at a school 'Class of ’92' reunion, a knight appeared to battle Lara, telling her that she was the one who claimed the treasure and must fight him. Originally the crown was protected by King Arthur himself. When the fight was over and Lara had won it, he told her that when the crown passed to a new owner by the previous one, he would manifest according to the dying owner's final wish.

Goblet
In a flashback sequence showing the events after an airplane crash, Lara accidently stumbled across this artefact when she went looking for shelter. Inside a cave, she came across the remains of a previous treasure hunter, and in his bag was this old and ornate chalice that Lara knew didn't belong to him.

Enemies:

Rival Treasure Hunter
Not much is said about who these people are, but they fly a biplane and as shooting at Lara during one of her adventures.

Wolf
Seen in a flashback sequence, Lara is seen battling a wolf after her airplane crashed and she was the sole survivor.

Other Characters:

Mr Bohannon
Mr Bohannon used to teach history at Chesterfield Private Academy. Lara, in his class, had once written a paper about the King Arthur legend and he had marked it as inadequate. She later realises that he was correct, but after he had marked down her paper, she lacked respect for him. She remembers how he was angry at her in class for her low grades and poor attitude and she remembers how she spoke rather nastily to him. She felt bad for this later in life and sent him the crown of King Arthur and a note, apologising for her lack of respect and adding that she hoped that the crown would make up for it.

Roger
He was Lara Croft's fiancé but he died in a plane crash alongside Lara's parents.

Lord Croft
Seen in a flashback sequence, he is on the plane with Lady Croft, Lara and her fiancé, Roger, before it crashes. He wishes how they could've had Compton pilot the airplane instead.
