Vasco
Vasco is a minor war lord, and in 2010, he travelled to South America to steal the Mirror of Smoke. Let's just say that it wasn't what he bargained for.

Xolotl
In Aztec mythology, Xolotl is the brother of Quetzalcoatl and is called 'The Keeper of Darkness', and he was a powerful god. He'd use the Mirror of Smoke to conjure demons to fight against the good. At some point he fought against Totec, an Aztec warrior, and failed and was thus imprisoned in the Mirror of Smoke. In 2010, when a war lord called Vasco tried to steal the Mirror, Xolotl was released, and as you can imagine, he wanted to take out some revenge.

Totec
Totec was an Aztec Warrior who fought against the evil god Xolotl in a mythological battle in Yucatan. Xolotl was imprisoned using the Mirror of Smoke. From then on, Totec remained nearby, turning to stone to guard the mirror in case Xolotl escaped. When Vasco, a war lord, released Xolotl from the mirror in 2010, Totec came back to the world to right this wrong. Lucky for him, he wasn't going to do it alone.
