Enemies
Trinity
Trinity is a religious, secret organisation, focusing mainly on the recovery of powerful artefacts using any means necessary. They have been keeping a close eye on Lara Croft for a very long time.
Trinity Soldier – Defenders
The defenders are the ones with the big shields and melee weapons. This means that taking them on from the front is not an option. Grenades can work, as will any explosive ammo that you may have, as the shrapnel can damage them from behind. If you want a quicker kill or have run out of explosives, try poison arrows. |
The Deathless Ones
As their name suggests, they are immortal, always protecting Kitezh and its secrets.

Infected Soldier
A victim of the Soviet's production of dihydrotestosterone, this Trinity soldier now has increased hearing but poor sight. He is the basic footman who will fight with a knife. They have no protection over them so they are easy enough to take out. They will also wear a helmet so you'll have to shoot it off before you can kill them with a headshot. |
Shielded Infected
Another soldier type infected with dihydrotestosterone, this one can carry a round shield and fight with a bat. If you aim at them long enough, they'll raise or lower their shield to protect themselves, and you can use this to your advance. Or, they can carry a riot shield and fight with a bat. |
Infected Grenadier
This Trinity soldier uses an explosive and doesn't care for his own safety, or the safety of others around him. He can throw the explosive but most of the time, he chooses keep hold of it until the very end. It is wise for the player to shoot him and make him drop it so that the explosive can kill him and any who get near it, but otherwise, just stay clear of the blast radius. |
Crawling Infected
Another one of Trinity's soldiers that has been infected with a poisonous chemical. He doesn't pose much of a threat as he is slow, but he will get to his feet before falling again. He still wears his military armour and carries a blade for defense. He is only seen in 'Lara's Nightmare'. |
