Baddies:
Nadija Katlego
A mercenary working for Trinity. In 1995, she lost her mother, father and brothers on the orders of a man called Milosovic, a member of Trinity; since then, she was determined to find out who was behind the mass killing in her home town of Srebrenica. In 2007, Nadija broke into a Trinity headquarters, killing all men but she came face to face with Ana. She referred to herself as a spider. Nadija asked her for a job, telling her that she had written her dissertation on the misguided nature of Trinity's organization's approach to antiquity at aged 18. She watched Lara Croft as she discovered the Tomb of Eden and then apprehended her when Lara accidentally knocked herself unconscious. Nadija had also discovered the Cross of Stars and the Tomb of Eden before Lara did and had even been to the bottom of the chamber of the Tomb of Eden before her. When she and Lara reached the lower chamber of the Tomb of Eden, Nadija forced Lara to eat a piece of bark from the tree in the garden after previously doing the same, causing her to hallucinate. When Lara woke again, she closed up the gates to the tomb, stopping everyone from entering it, which angered Nadija, who wanted to live forever with the tree; she tried to re-enter the chamber but Lara grabbed her rappelling rope to try and persuade her to work with her, as she understood what it was like being alone. Nadija cut her rope however and fell to her death. |
