Surprisingly, for a new game, Tomb Raider had a couple of special Collector's Editions.

Big Box with Lara Croft Clock
This cool collectible comes with all the components to make up a Lara Croft CD clock. Interestingly, there is 1 track on the clock CD, but it is one hour of silence.

Available for both PC and PSX.

Big Box with Screensaver
This big box contained a copy of the game but also a second disk, which featured a screensaver.

Available for PC.

Big Box with Poster
This big box only contained a copy of the game and a poster.
