Jacqueline Natla
Creator of 'Natla Technologies', Natla is an Atlantean who was eternally imprisoned when she misused her powers and invaded the lands of Tihocan and Qualopec, using their shared army of warriors against them, and for using their pyramid and its powers of creation to create new breeds of Atlanteans. Testing bombing in Los Alamos, New Mexico disturbed her final resting place and she was set free. In 1996, she went in search of the three pieces of the Scion, hiring Lara Croft, so that she could continue the work she had started in Atlantis.

Larsen
Larsen is one of Natla's main goons. He does the introductions between Natla and Lara in India. He is then sent to follow Lara to Peru, to try and steal the first piece of the Scion from her. His accent indicated that he is American. His weapon of choice is a pistol, and interestingly, it is equipped with a laser sight.

Carlos
Whilst trekking through Peru to find the Tomb of Qualopec, Lara hires a local guide. Sadly, when Lara opens the stone doors to the caves, he is mauled by wolves and killed.

It is an early game design documentation that names him 'Carlos'.

Brother Herbert
Brother Herbert kept a journal, writing about the rumours of the tomb of Tihocan, an Atlantean ruler, being located underneath the monastery of St. Francis Folly and how a fragment of a very powerful artefact could also exist below. However, being a monk, he is forced to self-repent for dwelling on such rumours.

FIRST APPEARANCE: Not seen in person but heard in a voiceover in the FMV of Lara breaking in to Natla's offices before Greece levels.

Pierre DuPont
He is the second of Natla's main goons. Whilst Larsen follows Lara to Peru, Pierre is sent to Greece to retrieve the second piece of the Scion. He is French and uses dual Magnums.

Qualopec
Not much is truly known about Qualopec; he lived centuries ago. One of three rulers of Atlantis. Due to an accident caused by Natla, he was unable to walk properly without aid.

At some point, Qualopec died; his tomb was elaborately hidden away in Peru. When Lara entered the tomb of Qualopec, she saw his skeleton sat upon his throne, keeping watch on his piece of the Scion.

​FIRST APPEARANCE: In the fourth level, 'Tomb of Qualopec'.

Tihocan
One of three rulers of Atlantis, he ruled alongside Natla and Qualopec until Natla misused the Scion and its powers to create a new race of creatures. He and Qualopec then took over, taking her piece of the Scion away from her and imprisoning her in a cryogenic chamber. 

At some point, Tihocan died and was entombed in Greece. His burial place was built upon by King Midas, who created a palace. This was then built upon by monks, who created a Folly dedicated to Saint Francis.

Cowboy
One of Natla's hired henchmen, the cowboy is named so because of his appearance. He dual wields Lara's Magnums when they are taken from her.

Skateboard Kid
This kid works for Jacqueline Natla as a mercenary. He doesn't have an official name and only gets is often called something that relates to the fact that he speeds around on a skateboard and dresses in a youthful manner. He uses Lara's Uzis when they are taken from her.

Bald Guy
The bald guy is another of Natla's goons that do not have an official name. His weapon of choice is the Shotgun, and in 'Natla's Mines', he used the Shotgun that was taken from Lara in Egypt.

Doppelganger
A strange creature created by Natla, the doppelganger is almost a double of Lara. However she is skinless. She mirrors Lara's movements and if Lara was to accidently shoot her, it hurts her too. Lara deals with her by maneuvering her to fall into a pit of lava.
