Lara's Inventory
At the start of a fresh playthrough, beginning with the tutorial levels in Cambodia, players will have: 3 Small Medipacks and 1 Large Medipack.
When the game returns to the present day in Egypt, any medipacks you have collected and not used carries over. Additional items found in Lara's inventory include the Binoculars and 3 Flares.
As the Inventory went through a refresh, features represented by Lara's Sunglasses, the Walkman, Stopwatch and Controls were made to be lines of text instead.

Binoculars
Useful for looking into the distance with. They are also fitted with a light so that Lara can see in dark areas too. |
Compass
The compass has returned and can at times prove to be a useful piece of equipment. Fans may use it when entering cheat codes. |
