Murti Schofield was the writer behind the story of Tomb Raider: The Angel of Darkness, planning out not only the story but also the characters' history and biography, weaving in myths and Biblical references.
Sadly, it is only in recent years that Murti has been releasing various details of Tomb Raider: The Angel of Darkness and its sequels, having felt that due to the criticisms of the game that people were not interested in learning more about the story, his ideas and background details. He gave permission to Tomb-of-Ash.com to publish these documentations and so we're providing links to his site.

In 2021, Murti and friends debuted a website containing all of Murti's released and unreleased notes on AOD, the sequels, characters, locations and more, all sorted into easy to read categories. Created with help from Lara_Titova, JRMilward, terenete, InnaVjuzhanina, KopriDean and Raidercast (and if we've missed out anyone, sorry!!), especially for the fans.
